AWS Course: Build and Run a Real Workload
Most AWS courses end with a quiz. This one ends with a working system: a web application spread across two availability zones, behind a load balancer, with alarms that tell you when something breaks and a budget that stops a surprise bill.
Why this course
Why learn AWS this way?
Interviewers for cloud roles rarely ask you to define a service. They ask what you would do when an instance fails, a bill spikes or a security group blocks traffic. You answer those questions well only if you have built something and watched it go wrong.
So every module adds one piece to the same project. By the last week you can draw your architecture from memory, explain each choice and show it running.
- Work on your own AWS account, with billing alarms set up in the first class.
- One project that grows each week, instead of disconnected demos.
- Preparation mapped to the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate exam guide.
- Classroom in Rohini or live online with the same trainer and the same project.
Graduates aiming at a first cloud job, and people already in IT support, networking or system administration who want to move into AWS.
Comfort with a computer and basic networking words (IP address, DNS). No programming is required; a little Linux helps, and we cover what you need.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. The exam fee is paid to AWS and is not part of the course fee.
Cloud support associate · Junior cloud engineer · AWS administrator
How the course runs
The plan, in the order we teach it.
- Weeks 1–2
Account set-up with MFA and budgets, IAM users and roles, launching and connecting to EC2.
- Weeks 3–4
Your own VPC: public and private subnets, route tables, NAT, security groups. The project moves into it.
- Weeks 5–6
S3 for static files and backups, RDS for the database, a load balancer and Auto Scaling across two zones.
- Weeks 7–8
CloudWatch alarms and logs, a failure drill, cost review, architecture write-up and exam practice.
Your project
A highly available web application on AWS
A small business website running on EC2 in two availability zones behind an Application Load Balancer, with its database on RDS, files on S3 and alarms in CloudWatch.
From course project to real projectsWhat you hand in
- An architecture diagram you can explain
- A failure test: stop an instance and show the site stays up
- A budget alarm and a cost estimate
- A short README another engineer could follow

FAQ
Questions before you enrol.
Will I have to pay AWS while learning?
Most labs fit the AWS Free Tier. We set a budget alarm on day one and show you how to delete resources after each class, so costs stay small or zero.
Can I take it online?
Yes. Live online batches follow the same plan and build the same project as the Rohini classroom.
What does the fee include?
₹14,999 covers 20 lectures over about 2 months, the guided project, doubt support and placement assistance. The AWS exam fee is separate.
