Networking and Operating System Certificate
The two foundations every infrastructure engineer stands on: networks and server operating systems. You spend six months making packets move and servers behave, and finish able to build and troubleshoot a small office network end to end.
- Classroom + labs
- 6 months
- Fee ₹45,000
- Classroom in Rohini or live online
- Deployed cloud project
- UKIQ certificate
- Project Lab pathway

Who needs networking and Linux together?
Network engineers increasingly manage Linux-based devices and servers, and system administrators are expected to troubleshoot the network. Employers hiring for infrastructure support want both.
This certificate is also the strongest preparation for cloud: AWS and Azure networking only make sense once on-premises networking does.
- A complete networking track, from cabling to WAN and troubleshooting.
- Red Hat Linux administration from RH124 into RH134.
- A final lab that joins both: servers on a network you designed.
Who it is for
Students and graduates targeting network, system administration or infrastructure support roles, and anyone planning to move into cloud later.
Before you start
Basic computer use. No prior networking or Linux knowledge needed.
Certification
Prepares for CompTIA Network+ topics and the RHCSA. Exam fees are separate.
Roles it prepares you for
- Network support engineer
- System administrator
- IT infrastructure engineer
How the course runs
The plan, in the order we teach it
- Months 1–3Networking: models, cabling, Ethernet, devices, IP addressing, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, security and troubleshooting.
- Months 4–6Red Hat Linux: command line, users and permissions, services, SSH, logs, networking, storage and SELinux, then the final lab.
Your project
A small office network with Linux servers
Plan the addressing, configure routing and VLANs in the lab, run Linux servers that provide services on it, and troubleshoot faults your trainer introduces.
What you hand in
- An addressing and VLAN plan
- Working Linux servers on the network
- A fault log: what broke, how you found it, how you fixed it
- A network diagram and handover notes

Questions before you enrol
How is this different from the 2.5-month networking course?
The shorter networking course covers networking only. This certificate adds three months of Red Hat Linux administration and a combined final lab.
What does the fee include?
₹45,000 covers six months of classes and labs, the final lab project and placement assistance. Exam fees are separate.
